Niagara Bed and Breakfast Policies
The Niagara Guest House B&B rents to couples only. All rooms have either a king or queen size bed.
Check-in is 3 PM to 7 PM, or by special arrangement. You may drop off your luggage prior to check-in if you would like.
Check-out is 11 AM. You may store your luggage for the day after you check out.
Continental breakfast is served from 8AM to 10AM.
The house is non-smoking. Registered guests smoking inside the Bed and Breakfast will be evicted without refund.
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
All guests are expected to be considerate of others staying at the Bed and Breakfast. This includes maintaining a proper noise level.
Registered guests entertaining non-guests on the premises will be evicted without refund.
There is a 20% minimum service charge on all cancellations. If cancellation notice is received 14 days prior to arrival date, we will refund the deposit less 20%. After that point, we will make every effort to re-rent the room. We will return your deposit less the 20% service charge, only if we are able to rent your room for the entire period reserved. If we are not able to rent for the entire period reserved, we will keep your deposit.
Because Put-in-Bay is in a resort area, reservations are made for the length of stay and cannot be reduced after the two week cancellation period.
The Niagara Guest House B&B is conveniently located
in a quiet area on Langram Rd. (Airport Rd.), Just a 10 minute walk or less to downtown Put-in-Bay, the caves, winery, family fun center and churches. Explore Put-in-Bay by renting one of our (3) four-passenger electric golf carts.
The Parker Family also offers other lodgings on Put-in-Bay
at the Toledo House Rental Suites, and the
Parker House (both century old island homes).
The Toledo House is just a 3 or 4 minute walk from the Jet Express and across the street from the depot for the buses that come from Miller Boat Line. These lodgings are a 2 to 5 minute walk to Perry International Peace Memorial and Visitor Center, downtown Put-in-Bay, night life, dining, and more, yet still located in a quiet area.
The Parker House sleeps up to eight and is suitable for couples or a family. This Put-in-Bay home features high ceilings, lots of woodwork, foyer, open stairs, large living room with cable TV, dining room, and front porch. The kitchen has china, cutlery, pots and pans, smooth top stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, salt, pepper, sugar and paper products if you wish to prepare food. Rooms are individually air-conditioned/heated. The house has 1 1/2 baths. All linens are provided. Centrally located in a quiet area on two acres of land on Catawba Avenue, it is five minute walk to downtown Put-in-Bay, Heineman Winery, Perry Cave, Crystal Cave, Putt Putt, Butterfly House, Museums, shops, nightlife, parks, churches and more.
