Anne's Parker House is a century old home on Put-in-Bay, South Bass Island. It sleeps up to eight and is suitable for couples, or families. (No bachelor or bachelorette parties.)

The home features high ceilings, lots of woodwork, foyer, open stairs, large living room with cable TV, VCR, DVD, dining room, and front porch. The kitchen has china, cutlery, pots and pans, smooth top stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, salt, pepper, sugar and paper products if you wish to prepare food. Rooms are individually air-conditioned and heated. The house has one full bath and one half bath. All linens are provided. Smoking is allowed on the large front porch or backyard patio. We cannot accommodate pets.

Centrally located in a quiet area on two acres of land on Catawba Avenue, it is five minute walk to downtown Put n Bay, Heineman Winery, Perry Cave, Crystal Cave, Putt Putt, Butterfly House, Museums, grocery store, shops, nightlife, parks, churches and more.

Parker House Rental Policies, Put-in-Bay, Ohio


  • Only registered guests may stay in the house.
  • Departing guests are asked to leave the kitchen and other rooms tidy. Check to make sure you have all your belongings.
  • Check-in is 3 PM to 7 PM, or by special arrangement. You may drop off your luggage prior to check-in if you would like.
  • Check-out is 10 AM.
  • Ironing is permitted on the second floor landing. Please disconnect when not in use.
  • The house is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the front porch and the back yard patio. Please use ash trays. Guests smoking inside the house will be evicted without refund.
  • Sorry, pets are not allowed on the premises.
  • All guests are expected to be considerate of the neighbors. This includes maintaining a proper noise level.
  • Registered guests entertaining non-guests on the premises will be evicted without refund.
  • A 50% deposit, plus a $200 security deposit is required to secure your reservation. If you cancel 90 days or more in advance, there is a $50 cancellation charge; 45 to 90 days there is a $75 cancellation charge. Your balance is due upon arrival.
  • The security deposit is not part of the rental fee. It will be held to cover any damage, extraordinary cleaning, stains, breakage, or missing items. If there is none of the above, the balance will refunded within ten days.
  • If you cancel, we will make every effort to re-rent the house. If cancellation is made less than 45 days in advance, we will return your deposit less a 20% service charge, only if we are able to re-rent the house for the entire period reserved. If we are not able to rent for the entire period reserved, we will keep your deposit.
  • Because Put-in-Bay is in a resort area, reservations are made for the entire length of stay and cannot be reduced after the 45 days cancellation period.
    • The Parker Family also offers other lodgings on Put-in-Bay. We have a bed and breakfast called the Niagara Guest House. The bed and breakfast is fully air conditioned and has four bedrooms with private baths. It is centrally located in a quiet area. We also have three rental suites at the Toledo House. The rental suites are just a 3 or 4 minute walk from the Jet Express and across the street from the depot for the buses that come from Miller Boat Line. These lodgings are a 2 to 5 minute walk to Perry International Peace Memorial, the Visitors Center, night life, dining, Jet Express and more, yet located in a quiet area.
