The Niagara Guest House B&B is conveniently located
in a quiet area on Langram Rd. (Airport Rd.), Just a 10 minute walk or less to downtown PutinBay,
the caves, winery, family fun center and churches. Explore PutinBay by renting one of our
(3) four-passenger electric golf carts.
The Parker Family also offers other lodgings on PutinBay
at the Toledo House Rental Suites, and the
Parker House (both century old island homes).
The Toledo House is just a 3 or 4 minute walk from the Jet Express and across the street
from the depot for the buses that come from Miller Boat Line. These lodgings are a 2 to 5
minute walk to Perry International Peace Memorial and Visitor Center, downtown PutinBay,
night life, dining, and more, yet still located in a quiet area.
The Parker House sleeps up to eight and is suitable for couples or a family. This PutinBay
home features high ceilings, lots of woodwork, foyer, open stairs, large living room with
cable TV, dining room, and front porch. The kitchen has china, cutlery, pots and pans,
smooth top stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, salt, pepper, sugar and paper products
if you wish to prepare food. Rooms are individually air-conditioned/heated.
The house has 1 1/2 baths. All linens are provided. Centrally located in a quiet area
on two acres of land on Catawba Avenue, it is five minute walk to downtown PutinBay,
Heineman Winery, Perry Cave, Crystal Cave, Putt Putt, Butterfly House, Museums, shops,
nightlife, parks, churches and more.

There are two ferry boat lines to PutnBay, Ohio. The
Miller Boat Line from Catawba Island,
Ohio, and the Jet Express
